Tree Planting: Fanno Creek Trail

  • Fanno Creek Trail Southwest Bel Aire Drive Beaverton, OR, 97008 United States (map)

Your help is needed to plant native trees and shrubs along this section of Fanno Creek Trail in the popular Fanno Creek Park! We're privileged for the opportunity to continue restoring habitat for wildlife and human use alike along Fanno Creek -- your participation makes this community event possible!

Please arrive by 8:45am to sign-in and enjoy some breakfast treats and coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The planting starts at 9:00am. We provide gloves, tools, and planting guidance -- all you need to do is show up dressed for the weather wearing sturdy shoes or boots, and be ready to have fun!

How do I register?

Click here and fill out the quick registration form.  Individuals and groups welcome!

Under age 18? A signed youth waiver is required for you to volunteer: www.friendsoftrees.org/youthwaiver

This planting is in partnership with the City of Beaverton and part of Tree For All, a partnership which has planted more than ten million native plants in the Tualatin River Watershed since 2005. Clean Water Services, Friends of Trees, thousands of volunteers, other non-profits, city partners, and private landowners will be working together this season to continue the success of this program.
