This is a trails work party, where we will be moving material into the Ancient Forest Preserve, working north of Forest Park.
When: Thursday, November 21st, 9am to 12pm.
What: We will be moving and hauling material in the Ancient Forest Preserve.
Where: Ancient Forest Preserve. Follow link for map and directions. Parking is limited. Carpooling encouraged! Please be prepared to hike 2 - 3 miles for this work party. We will be hiking about 1 - 1.5 miles into the forest.
Please remember to pack plenty of water and dress for all weather conditions, as this will be a more strenuous activity than usual.
Long pants and sturdy, closed-toe shoes are required for your safety. All training, tools and work gloves will be provided.
